Types of Reminders

Set reminders for various job search activities:

Creating a Reminder

To add a reminder to a job:

Open the job details in the tracker

Click 'Add Reminder' or the bell icon

Select the reminder type

Choose the date and time

Add optional notes

Save the reminder

Reminder Notifications

Reminders appear in multiple places:

Dashboard notification bell

Email notification (if enabled in settings)
3
Daily digest email summary

In-app popup on due date
Tips
  • Set follow-up reminders for 1-2 weeks after applying
  • Add interview reminders with buffer time for preparation
  • Review your reminder settings in Settings > Notifications

Managing Reminders

View and manage all reminders from Settings > Reminders, where you can edit, snooze, or dismiss upcoming notifications.
