Update and track the status of each application through the hiring process.

Keep your applications organized by updating their status as you progress through hiring processes. This helps you focus on active opportunities and track your success rate.

Application Statuses

Each application can have one of these statuses:

Discovered: Job found but not yet applied

Applied: Application submitted
3
Interviewing: In active interview process
4
Offered: Received a job offer
5
Rejected: Application was declined
6
Withdrawn: You withdrew from consideration
7
Needs Review: Imported job requiring confirmation

Updating Status

To change an application's status:

Find the job in your tracker

Click on the status badge
3
Select the new status from the dropdown
4
Add optional notes about the change
5
Status is updated immediately

Filtering by Status

Use filters to focus on specific applications:

Click the filter icon in the tracker

Select one or more statuses to view

Combine with date and company filters
4
Save filter presets for quick access
Tips
  • Focus on 'Interviewing' status for active follow-up
  • Review 'Needs Review' items weekly
  • Archive old 'Rejected' items to declutter

Status History

Each job maintains a history of status changes with timestamps, helping you track how long each stage took.
