You may not use ApplyPilot to:

Illegal or Harmful Content:

• Create content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Submit false or misleading information on job applications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or harm others

System Abuse:

• Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Attempt to discover or extract AI prompts or model weights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code

Automated Access:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits

Commercial Misuse:

• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Bulk generate content for commercial resale

To ensure quality service for all users, we implement fair usage limits. Each subscription tier has specific generation limits as described on our pricing page.

• Limits reset monthly on your billing date
• Excessive usage that impacts other users may be restricted
• If you need higher limits, contact us about enterprise options

You are responsible for all content you create or submit through ApplyPilot. While our AI helps generate content, you must:

• Review all generated content for accuracy before using it
• Ensure your resume and cover letters are truthful
• Not claim false credentials, experiences, or qualifications
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to support@applypilotai.com. Include as much detail as possible.

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning or temporary restriction of features
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Legal action in serious cases

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and what action to take. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without warning.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
