5. Do We Use Cookies?

- Active accounts: We retain your data while your account is active
- Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
- Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days
- Generated documents: Retained for up to 12 months for your access

ApplyPilot has not sold any personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes in the preceding twelve (12) months. ApplyPilot will not sell personal information belonging to users in the future.

10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 16. Users must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
11. Do-Not-Track Notice
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, the Sites currently do not respond to DNT browser signals or mechanisms.
