Getting started with ApplyPilot takes just a few seconds. We use a secure, passwordless login system to keep your account safe while making sign-in effortless.
How to Sign Up
ApplyPilot uses a magic link authentication system. Instead of creating and remembering a password, you'll receive a secure one-time link via email each time you sign in.
- Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a minute
- Magic links expire after 15 minutes for security
- You can request a new link if the first one expires
Why Passwordless?
We chose passwordless authentication because it's more secure than traditional passwords. You don't have to worry about password breaches, forgotten passwords, or weak password choices. Each magic link is unique, time-limited, and can only be used once.
What Happens After You Sign Up
After your first sign-in, we'll guide you through setting up your profile. This includes adding your contact information, work preferences, and optionally uploading your first resume. The more complete your profile, the better ApplyPilot can tailor your applications.
