Canceling subscription

How to cancel your Premium subscription and what happens next.

You can cancel your ApplyPilot Premium subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How to Cancel

Cancel through the billing portal:

Go to Settings > Billing

Click 'Manage Subscription'

You'll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal

Click 'Cancel Plan' or 'Cancel Subscription'

Confirm the cancellation

You'll receive confirmation via email

What Happens After Cancellation

After you cancel:

Access continues until end of current billing period
2
No further charges will be made
3
After period ends, account reverts to Free plan
4
Your data and documents are preserved
5
You can re-subscribe anytime
Tips
  • Consider pausing instead of canceling if temporary
  • Export important documents before period ends
  • Your work history and analytics are kept

Pause Option

If you need a break but plan to return:

Access the Stripe billing portal

Choose 'Pause subscription' instead of cancel
3
Select pause duration (up to 30 days)
4
Subscription resumes automatically after pause

Re-subscribing

Changed your mind? You can reactivate anytime by upgrading again from Settings > Billing.
